Meadotech Ltd provides direct & free expert technical support for our customers to the highest standard, we aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours, although this is usually much earlier. Technical support is available by email or phone during general office hours & by email after general office hour plus weekends & bank holidays. For complex system/fault troubleshooting beyond our scope of knowledge, we communicate direct with the original manufacturer on your behalf, whom assigned us with an authorized immediate technical support channel.

Meadotech Ltd has a system which holds each individual products serial & product part numbers, in any instance that our customer claims warranty for a product that is confirmed to be faulty by our technical team, we will provide a replacement immediately, before claiming warranty ourselves from the original manufacturer on behalf of the customer, saving you time. We aim to complete warranty claims within 48 hours from the date we receive the faulty product, however this is not always possible, depending on the depth of testing that must take place. Based on your product serial number the original manufacturer would advice that you claim warranty through the authorised distributor from which you bought the product. Keeping a record of the serial number and/or invoice is essential.
